Well, they changed their phone number to an answering service. So now you (the customer) can no longer contact them directly and speak to a person when you need to. Your call goes to an answering service and then friendly Martha will call you back in her time. Whenever she feels like it. Maybe not at all. I can only guess that the reason for the phone number change was because she has no regard for the customers. And she doesn't want to hear concerns or complaints. They really are a terrible company. I have no choice but to use them since my warranty company uses them.

This company was very rude to my wife and I. The lady that answers the phone is so rude and it's clear that it rubs off on the employees. I left work as well as my wife several times only to argue with the technician and watch him install the wrong part. After 4 attempts they replaced the condenser fan motor (self diagnosed). The tech left wires hanging everywhere exposed to the elements. The capacitor was just hanging in the unit. One of the mounting bolts was broken. Trash was left in my yard and on top of that I had to pay a liscensed contractor to install the motor correctly. He stated it that it looked as if the guy that did the repair was in a rush and did not care

M&M is fantastic! We have two air conditioning units and both of them were out. My home warranty company had a different contractor come out who wrote up unnecessary work with outrageous charges that were supposedly "not covered by my home warranty contact". We had M&M come out and they repaired both for a fraction of the cost. They were extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. They are the only contractor I will trust with my heating and air conditioning from now on.

Stay away!!!! These are the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever worked with! The technician said that I needed to "upgrade" my A/C drain system in the attic. Drain was installed improperly, leaked thru the ceiling and caused my kitchen light to detach and free swing from the ceiling!

DO NOT USE! I never made it past the phone call to schedule the appointment. The lady who i assume must own the business is so rude and nasty over the phone, you would think they are the only AC co. in town. She was quick to inform me that I was'nt the only person with AC issues and she would call me back when she had time to deal with me! She also was extremely rude to our warranty co. i would have let our AC remain broken before I allowed them to fix it.
