Atlas Heating

Horrible!!



Technician came to my house and began to service the furnace. He advised that a major component was broken and needed to be replaced. Instead of replacing the part, he oiled it, which resulted in the furnace working. Less than 24 hours later the heater broke again...same part. When we called Atlas, 6 days before next service time, and new work would be completed at cost, "since heater was working when technician left the first time". Complete BS!!!



When calling to complain and get a earlier appointment, receptionist was rude...told me to go with another company if I wanted earlier date. Of course...you already have my money!!!!
