Pinto Brothers

This company has awful customer service and their employees are just as bad. they are constantly leaving a bag of garbage in my trash can, I assume because the collector can't carry it all in one trip and will not spend more than that time on one house.

What's even worse is they bill you every week, and you have to write checks to pay them... what is this 1957? Create a simple web page where you can accept payments, and don't expect payment every week, just send a monthly bill that someone can pay online - get with the times.

Excellent company! The crew is courteous and friendly, and always completes the collection. We have been happy to tip them ever since we moved to Martinsville in 1985. Other poor reviews are suspect.

I cannot believe the poor ratings. I have been a very satisfied client for over 10 years. Neighbors have switched to Pinto Brothers from other companies. The crew is friendly and always picks up what is out there and the office staff has always been immediately responsive. I am billed quarterly. I highly recommend them.

Bad customer service, lazy garbage men, scratched my car which luckily rubbed off, leave garbage all over, dont take half of the garbage (in garbage bags in cans, Im not referring to bulk or recycleables), all employees are extremely rude. Very poor managed company. STAY AWAY, they dont deserve your hard-earned money!! Gave one star only because I was required to give at least one!

I recieved the same rude attitude and am going to call every other garbage removal company and pay more, just to not give them another penny of my hard earned money. I have used them for 10 years, and when I called to ask them about one a week or cutting down on expenses because of job loss, they were VERY RUDE! Dont waste your time or money on them, they do not deserve a thing.

I called them up to get service, was met with a very rude and arrogant woman on the other end of the phone line, she had no interest in answering any questions. She asked if i wanted service, when i replied i wanted her to answer some basic questions first about what they recycle, what days they pick up garbage etc, she was extremely rude. She then hung up on me! Will never use, will complain to the ceo. Apparantly they have a bad reputation in the area anyway! Dont waste your money, go with a reputable and decent company. I will spend my hard earned cash with a company who deserve it!
