Vacuums360 - South Jordan

I am saddened to hear such negative feedback on this place. I have found these people to be amazingly helpful and have had none of these problems. There are always stories like this at every establishment. The vacuums are a phenomenal product and I think they should be given a chance to sell and service it at this location to anyone looking to buy.

Beware of this place!!! I took in my machine to be serviced and when they finally called me they said my motor was SHOT! He also said that I had a cracked motor plate...hmmm, my type does not have one. He then tried to push a new Oreck on me. I looked online to find out why my machine would do what it was doing and guess what...my roller!!!! I am so ticked about it and very sad because I am sure they are taking advantage of customers....:( I NEVER expected an Oreck dealer to do business this way! I am sure they would not be happy about it. Rating should not even be 1 star!

The Manager didn't listen to my service concerns and deflected them by trying to sell me another $500 Miele Vacuum when mine is only 2 years old. After 7 days I never received a call with an estimate even after leaving a message and when I went to pick up my vacuum I was told the part would cost $220. I then took my vacuum to another certified Miele dealer who charged me only $50 plus tax.
