Great office

I found this company very helpful. I didn't pay my mortgage for over 9 months and my note was sold at the trustee sales. A third party bought it and hired this company to come and negotiate cash for keys. They offered me time and money to move out. And explained to me the benefits of taking the money. It was my fault and my husband Zowie's fault for us losing the house. And they made that head ache finally go away. We know FINALLY know the out come of our future.

Property Management criminals. Unlicensed and Suspended License former agents such as...Jose E.Martinez is also part of this company's portfolio. Unlawful foreclosure Trashouts and Unlawfully Ordering destruction of all personal belongings seems to be part of the ongoing practice of the company. Simply put you can do business with almost any other Business than American Team Properties.... And you would probably be Way Better Off ! Currently being investigated by the... California Real Estate Board... and the... California Attorney Generals office for criminal wrongdoing.
