Keith is amazing! He gave us an estimate in less than a week and had our deck done in the same amount of time. Professional, honest, and always here when he said he would be. He answered all my questions and got back to me within minutes! The kind of service you get with Keith is RARE with any other contractor! When we do our roof next spring he'll be the first & only contractor I'm calling. We look forward to many future projects with Keith! Definitely recommend him!!

I hesitate to right this review because we want to keep Keith all to ourselves!!! He is great to work with, does quality work and is very professional.

We had Keith remodel our first floor that included adding on a new room. Keith came our house and gave us a bid, and was very knowledgeable about the factors we would need to take into consideration. Keith was very patient with our questions, and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with our choice of options. Keith's professionalism and reasonable bid both factored in our decision to hire his company. He did everything from installing siding, replacement windows, installing a new kitchen and building a beautiful family room.. It was clear to me that he was extremely experienced and looks after his customers concerns,. He accomplished what he said he would do. I also had Keith build me an amazing deck which we couldn't be happier with. I had the deck built with Trex decking. I was goig to refurbish the existing wood decking, but Keith took the time to explain to me that Trex made a beautiful line of decking called tiki that looked just like wood. Even though that material cost more I'm so happy Keith steered in that direction. Now we have an amazing deck I couldn't be happier with! Our new home is now amazing and extremely beautiful. We are a sixty unit condominium complex. We took several bids for some deck work, and chose Creative Remodeling Solutions to do the work, based on Keith's professionalism and reasonable quote. Keith is pleasant, courteous, and takes the extra effort to answer all questions and present options. We are very pleased with Creative Solution's work. We will contract them to do an additional five decks in addition to other projects on the property. We highly recommend Creative Remodeling Solutions.

Keith just finished constructing a beautiful three season room off of our kitchen over a pre-existing patio and my family and I could not be more pleased. Keith was the consummate professional from the beginning, offering us a variety of different plans and working with us to figure out what was best for our family. I was very happy that the price he quoted us from the beginning was the price he stuck with - he even shaved some off at the end! - and his principle that a contractor should never upcharge. He came on time every day that he promised he would and worked diilgently to get the project done on time. He was a joy to have at the house as he was friendly and always professional. He used high-quality, beautiful materials and we get nothing but compliments on the way that they came together with his obviously superior craftsmanship to create a room that everyone complements and that we all want to spend as much time in as possible. I would recommend Keith and his team to anyone.

We contracted Creative Remodeling in part due to the good reviews on this site and have been very happy with that decision.He's eager - he responded to our inquiry right away- that impressed from the get go. Keith Kapusta is a very nice guy who cares about his work. He worked with us on devising a plan for a remodel of both our neglected and old bathroom and kitchen. We did some of the work (painting bathroom walls and kitchen cabinets/walls) ourselves. With his help, we now have a much nicer bathroom with a repaired floor. In the kitchen we now have a new countertop, sink & faucet, floor . Keith kindly installed the Fasade backsplash that we purchased and it looks great! He also has repaired our carport ceiling and made it look spiffy. He had lots of good ideas, was always coming up with new ideas to improve on the project yet always trying to keep the cost reasonable. He's friendly, professional and caring. He was always in communication about the status of the job and he cleans up after himself. We're planning on having him come back in the spring and do a few jobs outside. You won't regret contracting Keith.

First and foremost Keith is a consummate professional, truly cares about his customers, quality of work and is all around a great guy (even my 3 yr old daughter and dog loved him!). I moved into a house that had a walk up attic, but it was completely unfinished. No insulation, and only floor joists. I had multiple people come to the house to bid and he was the only one that actually did multiple measurements, took the time to really think through the project with me and spent a lot of time here. I appreciated that, and I'm sure it saved a lot of headaches I would have come across if I had went through someone else. I pretty much hired him on the spot without even getting his bid, the fact that his was the lowest was just a bonus. He completely refinished my attic including subfloors, insulation, knee walls, half walls, full walls, framed and installed a closet and access door. Then he moved on to drywall and finish carpentry. Absolutely flawless. He didn't upcharge, was always in touch with me, getting my opinion and input on how I wanted things as the room was coming together. He even did a lot of extras at no charge. I am now in my 700 sq foot "Home Office" and it is awesome. I don't usually write reviews but he deserves it. I will be refinishing my basement when the funds become available and I know the first and only person I will be calling. Don't waste your time getting other contractors in for bids, just do yourself a favor and call Keith.

Keith did a fantastic job on a small bath remodel. Our only full bath was in dire need of a complete remodel. Keith gutted the bath to the studs and worked seamlessly with the electrician, plumber, tile guys, taper etc. to complete the job in a timely manner and at the best price out of all of the estimates that I received. Keith was responsive and caring. I would absolutely have Keith back for some additional projects around the house!

keith started doing a remodeling project for me several months back when i purchased an investment property and found him on craigslist- since then he has completely remodeled 3 more and most recently built me a custom deck -what sets keith apart is actually quite simple;he does incredibly precise work,having trained with a top home remodeler for several years- he works quickly not from haste but from efficiency- and his formula to keep working without interruption is working because he is INCREDIBLY economical- he finds ways to cut expenses on a daily basis which is a LOST ART! If keith tells you the work will will be done in two weeks or three or two days i have nearly a full years experience that says he is precisely that ON TIME-No he is not family and yes by giving my blessing it might move me down the ladder but facts are facts- HE IS THAT GOOD AND FAIR AND HONEST AND ON TIME!!!

Keith (Creative Remodeling Solutions) rebuilt our deck with Trex and new railings. He did a fantastic job and I am very pleased. He went out of his way to solve some complex issues that we had because of handicap accessibility issues. We now have a very nice looking and usable deck. Keith’s workmanship is top rate and he cares about the quality of his work. Keith did everything he said he would; he started the job when he said he would, he completed the job when he said he would and he left a clean site when he was done. Keith communicates with his customers. He kept us updated on the project, he would call if he was going to be late (usually to stop by a supplier) and he would inform us of any problems along with ideas to solve them, never at extra cost to me. He communicated better than any contractor I ever dealt with.

Keith did an excellent job at a very fair price. We are already planning to use him for some other projects. If you want a job done right and at a very fair price, call Keith. I highly recommend him.

what amazing work! I couldn't believe the price, he was over a third lower then all the other bids i got! He does all the work himself which must be why he can do the job at such a low price and still keep the quality top notch. The price was so affordable we were able to have him put in all new windows in the house to. I also have to say it was amazing watching one man do siding so fast and so well on his own. I will be using Creative Remodeling solutions for all my home improvement needs that is for sure.
