A GOD SEND!! One of my employees locked her 1 year old in the car. Strapped in her car seat smiles from ear to ear as everyone looked at her through the window. It was a cloudy day but hot. I knew we didn't have much time. I called the Lock & key center and Derek answered. I told him the story and he said he was about 15 minutes away. As I contemplated calling the police Derek came flying into the driveway. How he got there so fast was beyond me. With a quick handshake he went to work. The baby at this time was starting to fuss. Derek never panicked he just kept working. After a few attempts with a rod he grabbed his cell. I heard him say "I don't care what it costs I have a baby locked in a car and I need the key code NOW"!! with in minutes he was cutting a new key. Everyone was stating to panic as the baby appeared very upset but Derek never missed a beat. He jumped out of the van, stuck the key it the door and opened it. I sent my employee inside and told Derek I would take care of the bill. Bill me what you need to I said. You are a blessing to all of us today and what every the charge, you are worth every penny. He looked at me and said "No Charge". What!! He knew I could afford it. Why I asked. This was personal for me, my way of giving back. I stuck my credit card in his hand and he gave it right back. No charge, I got this one and as fast as he appeared he was gone.

He is very professional and personable which made me feel comfortable having him in my home immediately. When I wasn't sure what I wanted; he was able to give me information to help me make a wise decision. He was very respectful of my home, quick and efficient on the job and left every area he worked in clean. His pricing is fair and he's happy to explain the billing to you. 12 drill bits, lots of sweat, and 2 hours ------ AND SUCCESS! Derek, of A Lock & Key Center, was able to drill a Medico Lock. What a wonderful personality and cheerful attitude he has! You will not find a better locksmith.

My son bought a truck and of course lost the key. I placed numeous calls to other vendors then I called this business. They were lightning fast. The technician kept in constant communication with me until he arrived a my house. He then took the time to follow me to the location of my sons truck. I will tell you the truck was used for muddin and was filthy. This technician was dressed in slacks and a nice shirt and did not whince when getting into the muddy truck. He was FAST ,FRIENDLY and SUPER INFORMATIVE. I am very happy and will use this company going forwad. I will tell everyone that ever needs this type of service to utilize this company. Owner Derek Purser had just gotten home and out of the shower after a full day of work when I called and asked if he could come make a key for our Jeep - right then. Of course, there was a $30 after-hours charge, but it was totally worth it. All the other companies we called before Derek's company either went straight to an answering service, or were unable/unwilling to come out right away. Neither were most of them certified nor licensed as is A Lock & Key. Derek arrived promptly after our call and was friendly, professional, and eager to help, despite being called out after hours. We had our new key in less than an hour. Don't waste time calling around; call A Lock and Key Center first for great service.

He was a great locksmith very nice and professional and the best thing was he was fast getting there and fast working. He had the best prices out there. I will never use another locksmith again!!
