When I got where I had trouble seeing to cut my toenails I went here. On first trip the doctor trimmed my nails and did an excellent job. On my second visit one of her helpers trimmed them. About 3-4 weeks later I noticed that they were catching on my hose. I could not see anything wrong but the nails on one foot felt rough. They began getting worse so I used a camera to take a picture. I was shocked at what I saw when I loaded it on the computer. I phoned and asked what they would like me to do if I was unhappy and explained the problem. They said I could come in and pay for an office visit and they would fix it. I asked "Why should I pay you money to fix a problem you caused?" They said because I waited too long to tell them.
