The Strip Steakhouse

Very inconsistent! Went 3 times because friends recommended the place and each time there was something wrong with one of our meals. For instance: Steak rare; when ordered well done! Halibut tasted like rubber and server said "All Halibut is always dry and rubbery!" Ah, really??? Terrible service, customer’s taste buds do not matter to servers no replacement meal/credit offered.
