        They ask you after shampooing your hair do you want cream rinse ??? Then they tell you oh we have to charge you for that. I have never heard of this before. What kind of outfit is this. Really. Never going back to this place.

        Terrible. Never going back again unless they get a new manager! She was very rude and argued with me when I told her several times not to go to short on my sons hair, and when she did she argued with me about it! I'm also pretty sure that the clippers she used on my sons hair were not clean. if I could give this no stars, I would.

        The manager is a joke. Very dirty. They need a new manager asap. I noticed her clips and guards were covered in the guys hair before us! She is very rude and I'm not sure she knows what she's doing because she butchered my sons hair when I told her a few times to not go to short. When I pointed out to her that it was to short she argued with me! No, just no.

        This is my go to salon. They cut my hair perfect every time. They listen to what I want and I tell them how to cut it and they do a great job. Not many salons still do razor cuts but they do.

        Worst place ever for a good haircut! If u want to wait months or years to grow back what they've chopped off, go in and let them butcher your hair. I strongly urge you to go elsewhere! I hate seeing people get messed over by business's that don't care or take responsibility for their actions. If I could give it a negative 10 stars I would!

        AWEFUL!!!!! Chop jobs n so unprofessional when confronted with their mistakes! If I could rate them -10 I would!!! If u care about what you look like DO NOT GO TO THE SHELTON SALON!!!!!!
