        I've been taking my dry cleaning here for years, YEARS, and never had a problem. I've always been greeted with a smile and by name.

        My wife and I recently got married and I suggested that we take her gown there to be cleaned and repair the hem.

        BIG MISTAKE.

        They said they lost the dress on the phone, and when my wife went in to discuss the issue, they pulled the dress out from under a pile of dirty clothes. It had been a month. It was not clean, completely soiled, and not repaired. This is not only completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and wrong, but for someone to treat such an obviously valuable garment with utter disrespect completely boggles my mind.

        DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. STAY AWAY.

        We'll be taking our business elsewhere.
