Body Memory Recall
When feeling overwhelmed or threatened by an experience, a protective mechanism is triggered that stores the energy in the body until a later date when one is able and willing to fully experience it. Body memory creates tension that adversely affects the function of every system in the body. It has been discovered that many of the chronic, recurrent symptoms commonly experienced in the body are caused by body memory that has accumulated for years. Body Memory Recall (BMR) is a form of therapeutic bodywork and integrates four mind-body therapy technique: ; Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Visceral Memory Release and Unwinding. Collectively, these techniques comprehensively treat the effects of body memory and maximize a person's innate self-healing abilities to release it. Depending on the level of body memory several sessions may be done during a retreat to fully release. Please wear shorts and tank top to session $159/90mins. Myofascial
Myofascial Release is the is the process of using sustained pressure to release connective tissue that is found through the entire body. This can relax tight muscles, improve blood flow and help with circulation. It is great for conditions that have been with your for a long time including Fibromyalsia, TMJ, Migraines and Carpel Tunnel. $10 add-on to 60 or 90 minute massage.
CranioSacral
CranioSacral Therapy is subtle light touch, a series of holds, that is extremely relaxing and very good in releasing the body of deep held stress at a subtle level. This type of energy therapy also optimizes the circulation through the CranioSacral system which improves the function of all body systems. On a cellular level, our bodies remember past injuries and traumas to the body which can result in tension, pain, etc. CranioSacral Therapy helps to release these traumas that our bodies are still holding onto, via very gentle, yet profound techniques. CranioSacral Therapy was developed by John Upledger, and the techniques from his introductory course are used in this fully clothed session. $10 add-on to 60 or 90 minute massage. Please note that these require handheld positions so this add-on will take time away from your massage.
Table Thai or Traditional
Whether Table Thai or Traditional Thai massage on a mat on the floor, Thai differs greatly from massage as that it a series of stretches, compressions, yoga poses and energy meridian balancing performed by a certified therapist while you are fully clothed. That can reduce headaches, back pains and spasms, lessen sciatica, increase both energy and flexibility while it promotes relaxation and calmness, contentedness. $20 add-on to a massage. Gua Sha
Gua sha is an ancient therapy that activates the lymphatic system, breaking down scar and fibrous tissue while relieving pain & soreness. The techniques involves a gentle scraping of the surface of the skin. Oil is placed on the skin, and then short brisk strokes are applied using a smooth rounded object. This painless scraping motion will cause a redness of the skin, called sha. The darker the sha, sometimes even purple, the more toxins and stagnation are being released. Patients will leave feeling an immediate sense of relief and increased relaxation. $10.

Magic Stuff H-Balm (hot heat) increases blood circulation, warming muscles. Great to use with Chronic pain, such as old injuries, rheumatism/arthritis, etc. $10 Magic Stuff A Balm (cold heat) reduces swelling and inflammation better & safer than ice. Cools overheated muscles. $10.

Choose from one of our single or custom blended Medicinal Grade essential oils for therapeutic relaxation purposes. Receive the therapeutic benefits as these essential oils are massage into your body and diffused into the treatment room. You will be left with some extra oil to take home!
