I am so happy with this company and can't recommend them enough. With a house full of guests our drains backed up. In a panic I called and the sweet girl on the phone calmed me and also they were there within the hour. What a relief. They fixed the problem im a very reasonable amount of time, explained in detail what happened and what to watch for. They were the most friendly service I have ever experienced And cost was reasonable for the awful mess they had to deal with. Real professionals.

My experience with just in time was nothing short of exceptional. Not only was the price unbeatable, the services were fast, accurate, and they were very very friendly as well.

They came out and fix my Plumbing problem as promised and got the job done without interfering with my busy life kept to their word in was within the hours they said it was going to take.

Im so satisfied with this company I would suggest that everyone use them due to their promt response time for sure as well as the accuracy of the job they came to do with a disaster that I thought to Plead impossible

This customer was difficult from the moment I arrived. I reviewed his plumbing situation & gave my professional opinion on what should be done, he then became insulting, degrading & pushy, claiming he knew more about plumbing than I (a 18 year veteran) & wanted me to just do the method he dictated, which was not a repair I would put my name or want to be liable for. Normally, I would just give the customer a price and we would part ways, instead he reverted to being rude, treating me as a second class citizen, no respect for my profession, I never even had the opportunity to quote him a price. I left on my own volition, I didn't want to continue to be berated by him. When he called the office the conversation was one sided, he would ask questions but would not allow Kirsten to even answer and continued to over talk and work himself up more as he would talk. After being on the one sided conversation for a long period of time she did interject stating that when he was done with his rant she could answer him, he then said a few more nasty things and claimed that he was going to use social media to hurt us and hung up on her.

This customer has ZERO respect for industry! he was shopping around for a company that would do the repair the way he wanted at a dirt cheap price that he dictated.

After this ordeal he called our office several times, forgetting who he was calling, still looking for someone to do his job.

It's not fair that this person has attempted to tarnish our impeccable reputation, we take the upmost pride in our workmanship, customer service and our company!
