Additionally, we offer interior insulation, tank insulation, walk decks, roofing consulting, and roof system design. Steve McBride Sr., the owner, has been in the roofing industry for over 30 years and co-developed the Cementitious topped coated foamed roofing system the roofing market uses today. All technicians at McBride Construction have worked together for decades and our minimum work experience is 10 years, with an average of 20 years. We pride ourselves in producing top quality proven results with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficiency in all our applications. Here is a partial list of past projects: With six million in general liability insurance, the company has put itself into a league of only two or three major competitors as most roofing contractors carry two million or less. The company has affiliations with NRCA ( National Roofing Contractors Association ), Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, SPFA ( Spray Polyurethane Alliance, A Div. of the American Plastics Council ), and CSI ( Construction Specifications Institute ).
