Simply amazing! Best way to describe Larson Air Conditioning! They are very professional, experienced and most importantly honest. We were having an issue with our AC blower not shutting off, the tech showed me what parts were not working and explained why in layman terms. He had the replacement parts in the truck and repaired it within the hour. While on the roof he also noticed that the blower was replaced a couple of years ago but was not installed correctly. He corrected that issue and we started getting cool air to the front part of our house. We had other repair companies out and we received quotes as high as $4000.00 to replace the air ducts because they were supposedly damaged and preventing proper airflow. I cannot praise this company enough.

I would like to commend Larson Air Conditioning on their speedy and thorough service, professional conduct and fair prices.



It is always a pleasure speaking with Jamie, who is caring and quickly addresses her customers' needs. Also, the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, most especially Joshua and Colorado.



Although we do have a home warranty service, I prefer to call Larson directly for all my air conditioning services. I enjoy the personalized service Larson offers, and I know I will be getting top-notch treatment.



No high-pressure sales here -- just honest and thoughtful personnel and timely service with great prices.



I would highly recommend family-owned Larson Air Conditioning.

I contacted Larson Air Conditioning and immediately received a response from their office. I explained my problem and in just a short time was offered several solutions to fix my issue. I decided on one of the plans and the payment was arranged (with their help), and the work was scheduled. Thanks to the Larson crew, I now have a new working AC unit on the side of my house and all is good again. Thanks again to Jamie and her staff for expediting the job and having good communication throughout the process. Larson Air Conditioning is on my list for any AC problems I may have in the future, as well as I will recommend their company to anyone that needs AC help. Thanks Again! John B - Phoenix

Larson AC did a great job with our AC needs. We had one working unit and one that did not work. They got the replacement done promptly and with professionalism. The rep they sent out ( I think his name was Jason) was very honest and forward and worked hard to ensure our family had cool air.

This AC Company was AWESOME! I got a referral for a competitor from my home warranty company. When I saw their negative reviews I called and asked for another one. Boy am I glad I got Larson. Not only were they super friendly on the phone, they did everything they said they would. They made time for me. They got a tech out the same day. And he was able to fix everything. The inside support rep. did everything she said she would and followed up to make it happen. I would definitely use them again and recommend them!

I was so impressed with Larson. I had another company come and do an inspection and they said many things were wrong. Such a great customer experience. We called Larson and in less than 24 hours they had someone out to our house, and the AC was fixed in 20 minutes of the techs arriving.



I loved how super responsive Jamie was. She called the day of the appointment to confirm the time, and followed up right after to make sure everything was satisfactory. And then she followed up with an email. We felt very well taken care of!



The techs who actually worked on the AC were professional, knowledgeable and fast.

This company is TOP NOTCH. The technicians are knowledgeable, sharp, honest, and determined to find out what is wrong. What's reassuring is that they will tell you upfront that they have never left a job without giving an accurate diagnosis. And that sure is the truth, thankfully! We called Larson after having had another vendor out to the house who obviously could *not* figure out what was happening w/ our system. What a waste of time and money! Larson's technicians diagnosed it within about 30 minutes. They had the system fixed the same day. What I also appreciate is the fact that they didn't try to "upsell" us and/or tell us that our units needed to be replaced in addition to needing 100 other things done to our existing units. I feel they are professional, honest, and GREAT at what they do. Jamie, who did my scheduling, was also top notch to interact with, she was wonderful!

Larson came after the original contractor assigned through my home warranty treated me so horribly. Interestingly enough, the thermostat that the previous contractor wasnt familiar with yet blamed for the issue was in perfect condition! The issue was the circuit breaker which Larson identified within minutes & fixed as quickly as possible. They are on time & always respectful/thorough in their explanation of the issues. The receptionist is extremely friendly, even calling to check on things even on a Saturday. If you need help with your A/C, this is the company to call!

I phoned on a Monday morning, as A/C unit wasn't working. They were out in a couple of hours, followed-up with a service email to confirm appointment. They got the unit functional, and told us what we thought - the unit is on its way out. The service call was inexpensive compared to other A/C companies I phoned. Also Jared followed up in the early afternoon to see how things went.

I purchased a voucher for a 24-point tune-up through Weekly Plus. The technician arrived promptly and was very friendly and courteous. And for the first time, the company performing my annual maintenance did NOT tell me I needed hundreds or thousands of dollars of new parts. What a pleasant relief. I will certainly call them first the next time I need my equipment maintained.

Jamie came over and worked for...

Jamie came over and worked for over 3 hours on our 3 a/c units. I'm used to being told that many things are wrong and need fixing. Larson A/C didn't do that. He mentioned one part that needed replacing and didn't want to put the wrong part on for me, so he ordered it and came back on a Saturday afternoon to install it. Offered to give me the old part back too, to prove he'd replaced it. Top notch work. Very professional. I'd highly recommend.

This is a great company. I have had so many home maintenance companies come to my house and tell me I need this and that and the other thousand dollar repairs done once they have baited and switched me with some coupon deal. Larson AC did not do that at all. They came out and did the work they said they would do, my AC unit is noticeably quieter since the service, and they were even honest enough to tell me my 1992 units were in surprisingly good shape rather than tell me to replace them immediately. Very refreshing after some of the experiences I have had, and I will definitely be calling them back.

I had my air conditioning unit tuned up. He was very professional, thorough, and I felt he was very honest...not trying to sell me something I don't need. It's hard to come by those types of companies these days.
