        We've had Fred twice a year for decades to check our heat pump for repairs and conditioning - we have lived on Hazelwood in Scottsdale since 1978 - Fred is the most accommodating, prompt and honest person we have ever hired - plus knows what he's doing. We also have him go out to our rental house in Chandler. He has our confidence.
