Dry Eye is the disruption of a single or multiple components of the front tear layer of the eye. Tearing, burning, redness, and fluctuating vision are common symptoms of Dry Eye. Dryness could be secondary to underlying systemic medical conditions such as Sjogrens Syndrome, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Laser Eye Surgery
LASIK/ PRK (and in years past, Radial Keratectomy (RK)) are surgical procedures performed to correct your prescription and eliminate the need for full time glasses or contact lens wear. Even after surgery, the eyes need to be examined to ensure maintenance of ocular health and stability. We offer this for patients, which includes a letter sent to your surgeon with examination findings of each annual visit.
Cataracts
Cataracts are the clouding of the crystalline lens inside the eye and are a normal maturation of the internal lens. Symptoms are blurred or dimmed vision, halos and glare that become worse at night, or needing additional bright light when reading.
