Jazzie Nails

Jazzie Nails is beyond 5 stars. I have been a client for so long and have never experienced a bad visit. For the customer who stated they are full of themselves is highly an unhappy person in life. The salon goes above and beyond to accommodate their clients. I have had several episodes where I had to cancel. I cancelled 10 minutes before my appointment due to my father’s passing and was accommodated easily. The salon wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I had to cancel due to surgery and again was accommodated, I have called asking if someone had time to wax my eyebrows etc and again was accommodated. If your nails are crooked to you take a look at your fingers, they be crooked and when straightened out the nails are straight. This establishment does not think of themselves if they did why are they always busy with appreciative customers. You get a warm welcome when you enter and are politely informed that they would be right with you. Sad how an unhappy person wants to make others as unhappy as they are. This is a company who thinks very highly of themselves. You feel judgement as soon as you walk in the room. They gave me the most unwelcoming feeling. They brag about how they're better than other salons, and I'm here to tell you that that isn't the case. The nail shape is always crooked until you point it out, so they have to refix almost every nail. The worst part is that they don't seal the tip, so the top of your nails are always rough and tend to chip. Not sealing the nail tip also can increase the chance of your nail separating from the acrylic causing fungus on the natural nailbed. I put up with this for a while in an attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt. Again, these are very self righteous people so in addition to their poor nail work, if you have a life, then this place isn't for you. I was in the hospital hospital and called ahead that you wouldn't make it. They literally didn't care about my well being; only the fact that I was missing my appointment. They dump you for someone else, because you missed an appointment. I couldn't even imagine how many people with kids were probably sent away.

Forgive my rant, I'm just adamant when it comes to customer service and making sure that others don't have to deal with the same disrespect that I have dealt with in the past.

This place is very professionally ran. They do a great job on the nails. The tan prices can not be beat by anyone around them! A+++++

jazzie nails is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. not only do they hard sell their products, their products do not work. My experience with jazzie nails was a complete and total disappointment for the second time. I tried thme when they were located on main st. saxonburg and was disappointed then also.
