Another great deal on a great car! My wife and I bought a 2015 Civic Hybrid from Michael Malmsbury and the team at Wilde Honda back in April and couldnt be more satisfied with it and our experience with Wilde Honda. So when it came time to buy an additional vehicle I had only one thought, call Michael. This time we decided to go with a 2015 Civic LX. I called Michael and made an appointment for the next morning to do a test drive. We arrived and were greeted by Wildes friendly and helpful staff. Michael met us in the lobby and took us to see the great selection Wilde has to offer. Michael knows his product and help us to decide if the Civic LX was really the best choice for us, it was. Michael and the sales team worked with us to get it at the right price and rate and in a few short hours I had my keys. My boyfriend and I bought our first new car a little over a year ago, and we didn't have a whole lot of credit, but the staff was so friendly, patient, and accommodating! They helped us get the best possible deal, and they took the time and made the effort to work with us, even when it looked doubtful. It's hard to find that level of customer care and commitment these days, and we greatly appreciate the people over at Wilde Honda in Sarasota! We have another Honda dealership closer to home, but the customer service is worth the extra drive. Yesterday we went back in and got anothergreat deal on an even newer, much nicer car, so now we as happy as can be!! And all of it is thanks to the wonderful people over at Wilde Honda, especially Greg Bowers. Greg Bowers went above and beyond both times we purchased cars there, and he is truly a wonderful asset to the business! We truly felt like valued customers, and he treated us with such care and respect that we felt as though he sincerely cared about our happiness there. The other Greg in financing was very helpful as well, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!

Even though this dealership was about 80 miles away they were the only ones with the model car I wanted (2012 Honda civic hybrid) at a reasonable price - local dealerships had it as much as 2000 more. We called and asked if they could work something out for us, and Greg Bowers spoke with us said he could - and he did! Yet another fantastic car buying experience! This is our 3rd. car we have purchased through Wilde Honda of Sarasota and each time we have enjoyed the process. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and above all 'care more about you and your needs than trying to sell you a vehicle'. I know that statement is probably hard to believe, but it has been proven to be true in our humble option. The Jeannie/David sales team were caring, professional and attentive to our every need from finding the right car at the desired price to ensuring the process ran smoothly through purchasing and IT assistance before departing with our vehicle. Greg helped us with financing and ensured that we obtained the best interest rate possible and thoroughly explained the relative merits of warranty choice. RG Stathas (General Sales Manager) oversaw the entire process and took time out of his day to ensure we left the dealership 100% happy! Recently bought a new Honda from Jeannie at Wilde Honda. From start to finish, this was a great experience. Jeannie is so calm and easy going - forget the high pressure of your typical car salesman. She completely put me at ease, explained the features of the car, the advantages to owning a Honda and then offered a great deal. Such a different experience from the previous times I've bought a car buying. I would highly recommend Jeannie and Wilde Honda if you're shopping for a new car.

As a woman, I was very pleased to have Carolyn Grill tend to my needs. She was very attentive and offered me several vehicles from which to choose. There was no high pressure to buy. When I asked to have one tire switched out, the service department was very accommodating and helpful, calling me by name. I plan to do business with Wilde Honda in the future and would recommend it to my friends.

We had a great experience with Bob at Wilde Honda! I would highly recommend stopping by to see him! He really helped my boyfriend find a car for HIS needs! Bob was very knowledgeable, honest, and patient! We were able to see new and used cars and test drive to compare. Great customer service! They even suggested a pizza place for us when we bought the car to celebrate (we drove up from Fort Myers). He was so patient answering all our questions and even staying late so we could take the car home! I'll be stopping by to see him when it's time that I need a new car! Thanks Bob!

Their service department is amazing! I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey minivan that has been serviced there since I purchased it from them. I have never had to wait more than the promised time, and have used the courtesy shuttle which is always available. On my last visit, I was given a loaner CRV to use for the day since my front brakes needed to be replaced (discovered during a routine oil change). I didn't even ASK for a loaner! And most recently, at 4 pm on a Thursday, my transmission warning light came on while picking up my son from school. I called the service dept and Guy Worcester said "come on by" and the technician, Mike Pacuna, stayed OVERTIME to fix my transmission switch that same afternoon! I haven't found a better service department in the 18 years we have lived in Sarasota. Free popcorn and internet too! Can't praise them enough. Way to go, Wilde Honda service dapartment.

The only person you should ever purchase a vehicle from is Michael M. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful & pays attention to detail. It's almost as if he's the one picking out the car w/you, telling you the pros/cons. Not only did he go over-and-beyond in making our car buying experience very easy, but he also made our used car seem BRAND NEW. He scrubbed a kool-aid spot out of the floor, stain out of the seatbelt, & the dealership repainted a blemish to my satisfaction. That's just to name a few. Michael made sure to have a SUPER detail job done on the car before he called us to pick it up - if it wasn't to his high standards, it wasn't done. You would think that Michael was done & we were finished since we purchased our car 2m ago. Due to Michael's thoroughness and thoughtfulness, he followed up w/me to see if I ever received the owner's manual (since it was missing), which I hadn't yet. So he is now making sure I get that, which I totally forgot about & he didn't.

I would like everyone to know, we bought 2 vehicles of kim cannello at wild honda of sarasota, and could not have been more pleased with how she sold us our new honda's. Quite simply, when a person walks into Wilde Honda they are getting the sole experience of being welcomed as a friend, a neighbor, and as a human and being offered one of the strongest automotive products : HONDA. My new car experience was a little unique. The company I work for is a company that does business with many local dealerships. So, I get to see some perspectives the average person does not. Fom the very beginning, Wilde Honda set itself apart. The GM & Sales Managers ( Skip Strasburg, R.G. Stathas, Craig McGregor, J. Alexander) have always been just very genuine, very nice, very fair and very kind. After a couple years of seeing this constistency of character from the leaders of this dealership, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that when the time came, I would give my own personal business to these people. I have never owned a Honda and had many questions. I was thrilled when Craig took time out of his busy day to speak with me regarding my future Honda. J Alexander, Craig, and R.G. each spoke with me several times, without pressure to me, about the many great vehicles offered by Honda. Skip even shared his personal experiences and really took the time to welcome me into what I'm calling the wilde Honda experience. Micheal Malmsbury is my salesman and he is fantastic! I say "is" because he has sent me a birthday card and still calls to make sure I'm loving my new 2011 Honda CRV. I'm honestly stunned that Micheal has taken the time and still takes the time to do this act of recognition. He knowledgably explained the CRV to me and went out of his way for my convenance. I cannot stress enough how impressed and pleased I am to have had the experience and advice of the staff of Wilde Honda, especially Micheal Malmsbury. Another unexpected surprise in the finance office with Lon Vickery! Lon informed me of many wonderful options and chatted pleasantly with me! Wow! I love..LOVE...my 2011 Honda CRV that came fully equipped with comfort, vehicle traction control, and plenty of room for my son, the dog and beach supplies! This entire experience has been completely unlike my previous car buying or leasing experiences. I left Wilde Honda with my new vehicle thrilled, informed, and relaxed! I still consider this experience with Wilde Honda as a miracle and example that happy people and 'happy cars' do exist. I have named my Honda CRV "Angel" and I take my "Angel" to Mark in the Wilde Honda service drive. I hope all my friends and associates get to have similar experiences at Wilde Honda! Is this really a car lot. I thought car lots were hard to deal with and a struggle. Well not here. My wife and I had an amazing and easy experience buying our new car here. They gave us a great price on our trade-in and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and informed on our purchase.
