When I worked with Gulf Coast Inspection I was really happy with them. I called a few times and every time the inspector was available to speak with me.

I called this company because their website gave a lot more information than some of their competitors. They showed up early and got to work immediately. The owner of the company told me up front to hold ALL of my questions until the end of the inspection. I thought this was pretty arrogant but as the customer i had questions about the home and I asked them ANYWAY. The inspection was thorough but certain things that I thought were problems were ignored by the inspector. It was all about what HE knew. The inspection was late in the afternoon. He promised the report about 3 hours after the inspection. Of course I had to call him the next day and he sent it about two hours later. The pictures on the report were fuzzy and out of focus and did not even show all of the problems the inspector found. Of course it showed none of the problems I pointed out to him. I called him several times the that day He made some of the corrections but got irritated with me and said I insulted his intelligence when I asked him to include an item I found and pointed out to him. It was an item which was major and made the house fail. He promised he would make the change but never did. The bottom line is this inspector was arrogant and egotistical and forgot that I was the customer. I wanted ALL of the problems with the house to be put in the report not just the ones he found and shabbily reported. Don't waste your money. Find someone else!
