I purchased a used car with Jin Choi, the internet service manager, being the salesman. Jin was professional and delightful to deal with. I dont know about other aspects of this dealership (service for example) but for sales it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend them

Sometimes you have to work 5 times as hard to get this type of service from other places but these guys do it because they care. All of the personnel were top rate but my initial contact and work was with Everett Armstrong. Lovely, personable, considerate, non-pressured salesperson who let me buy the car rather than try to sell me anything. From there we went to others at the dealership who handled the finances----everyone was terrific! If you want a Subaru, this would be the place to buy or lease.

Patrick McCoy was the sales agent that helped me get my car. He is very patient, helpful and he knows the car very well. I tested two different modes-Forestor and Legacy. He showed me all the features of different cars in different levels. And when I decided to buy the car, there's actually no inventory for the specific model/color/feature I want in this Santa Monica store. However he searched all southern california's stock and found one from Irvine and he drove all the way to bring the car here for me. Can't thank you him more. He also matches the lowest price I found from Costco. He is a great helpful sales agent. I like my new Legacy!

I had Sean as a salesman and he gave me excellent customer service right off the bat. He was super knowledgable when it came to WRX's which really helped me on learning everything about the car. After the first visit, i was unsure about the car,however, he wasn't pushy into making me get something I wasn't sure about. After talking a few times, he managed to give me a great deal to where I felt comfortable with the payments. Overall excellent experience and have definitely earned my business in the future.

This hands down the best dealership experience I've ever had. Shout out to both Maria and Frank for their awesome customer service. I came in to check out a Subaru Forester and I was having trouble deciding between a 2015 and 2017. I was received by Frank he quickly found the car despite having their main location under construction and found me a sale staff to take me on a test drive. Maria knew everything about the differences between the two years and was extremely knowledgeable about the technology. Most importantly she was honest about the cars I checked out. Additionally there was ZERO sales pressure from either of them. She let me work it out on my own and it was a 1000 times better experience. I 100% recommend this dealership. Ask for Maria! She's fantastic. They both stayed until 10pm to make sure everything was perfect despite them closing at 8pm.

I came in to get my vehicle service Martha introduce to an sale person name Trai and his manager Chris. After that help me get out of my old vehicle and get me into my favorite vehicle in the world the Crosstrek!!!! It was such an amazing experience couldn't ask for an better crew.
