Always a pleasure to interact with this business. Impressed by the courtesy he demonstrated to all customers when I was there. Definitely this business should continue serving the community.

I took my purple dyson animal vacuum that is about 9 or 10 yrs old there and it was not doing well the hose had a big rip and the main part was not working so i thought my little guy was done maybe and i left it there and the next day i got a call that my soldier was up and running they fixed the hose without ordering a new one by cutting it off and glueing it together and replaced a few parts anyway my vacuum works great and it is a good thing i have 3 dogs so i cannot be without one. anyways these guys are great and creative with a older model vacuum so i am sending out a shout out to lance and frank over at santa maria vacuum you guys are fantastic i will be back when needed. thanks guys

Had a good experience with this guy, Lance. I had a Bissell that was acting up and Lance fixed it while I waited. I had come from 60 miles and appreciated his prompt service. He is a little quirky, but friendly and efficient. I would recommend him.

Santa Maria vacuum is a terrible small business for our community. The owner is Rude and very unprofessional. He has no skills in customer service and shouldn't be working with the public. Santa Maria can do without this terrible small business man. SO SANTA MARIA PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM SANTA MARIA VACUUM , SO WE CAN CAN CLEAN UP OUR TOWN OF BAD BUSINESSES ONCE AND FOR ALL. OUR TOWN DESERVES BETTER BUSINESSES.
