We have had nothing but the most positive experience with Hafen Pools, The Best! But we do not have unreasonable expectations.

RANDY RIGBY. That is not ethical to post a scathing review such as that without sufficient details. I suggest you remove it and consider the following:

How old is you pool?
How many owners have there been of the pool before you? Sounds like you didn’t put it in.
Maybe your pool is something like 14 years old and has had massive amounts of wear and tear and has aged. Who knows if proper maintenance has been performed. Every pool company has a warranty period. They have to. Commons business sense. Did you yourself have a contract with Hafen pools? If not then there is no warranty.

When it came time to repair an out of warranty pool, they fell short. Due to their poor workmanship I'm spending over $150,000 to repair their mistakes. Do you think they would work with me, no. I'm now working with a different contractor. Very disappointed.

I want to pass on this review to all of my friends in Southern Utah because I owe it to this wondeful company. There is no better pool builder/company in Saint George/Southern Utah. Mckay, his family and his crew are good people, straight forward and honest. They do high end, tip top quality work, but most importantly they honor their work and they are the most customer service oriented of any pool builder in southern utah. I know this because I did my homework and have had dealings with the others. They will be there for you even a year or two later if you need anything. These people are rock solid gold in the business. Not the most expensive. Certainly not the cheapest. But quaility and attention is what you get here for your money well spent.
