Real Change with Rebekka Putnam

Rebekka is professional, highly intuitive, a great listener and cares deeply for her patients. In one week, I gave up binge eating sugar, and since then, I have released the heaviness of childhood abuse and I am learning to love myself for the first time. I feel I am transforming into more my genuine self and a better me.

Rebekka Putnam is a highly skilled professional devoted to helping people. I went to her for a sore throat I'd had for 30 years, when 5 ENTs had found nothing wrong. The pain was so bad I was taking opioids to handle it, and my doctors were taking me off the pills. I was nearly suicidal facing a future of this horrible and escalating pain. Rebekka helped me to overcome it almost totally in the first three sessions, and also helped me to overcome a few other personal issues. Her fee was the best investment I ever made, and I would highly recommend her.

She records the sessions, and gives you hypnosis tapes that you can listen to on your own. I've found them to be helpful for falling asleep.
