Prior to Peters & Milam Insurance Services in 2004, Steve spent several years as an HR Generalist, Payroll Coordinator, and Life Insurance Specialist. He is a graduate from both Santa Barbara City College and UCSB where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics. Steve is an active member of the Rotary Club of Santa Barbara Downtown where he volunteers his time for various service oriented projects throughout the year. Steve has been married since 1989 to his best friend and wife Judy. When not in the office you can probably find him outdoors playing golf, ocean kayaking fishing, or riding all over the Western United States on his adventure motorcycle.

He is Past-President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) - Santa Barbara and is currently the Treasurer for the Santa Barbara Association of Health Underwriters (SBAHU). Dave holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from UCSB. Dave is a native of Santa Barbara where he resides with his wife and two children. Outside of work Dave enjoys golf, biking, hiking with his dog, sailing and riding his adventure motorcycle.
