Long Story Short: They took $10,000 for a product that they did not deliver. Run, do not walk, away from this company.

I am entirely appalled at the service and business practices of MAB. I hired them in 2015 to build my Martial Arts school a full website. At first things were going fine...they built a nice website. I paid them around $4500 for the build. Over a couple of years I also paid them another $6500 or so for SEO work. The site was doing fine and I was initially happy.
After a while, I switched online calendars and asked MAB to change the online appointment setter link (about a 15 minute fix). I was told it was done...and it was, on one page! They did not change it anywhere else. It took me months of wondering why I was not getting appointments scheduled. Finally I went to the site and figured out they had not made the requested changes. I brought this to their attention, several times before it was fixed.
About a year ago, I called them and requested to cancel their maintenance of the site. My contract with them includes that I would be given access to my control panel of the website that I OWNED. I asked a dozen times. They never gave me access.
When I tried to cancel, they then tried to claim I owed them $800 more! They then refused to give me access to my site...and THEN THEY DELTED AND ERASED MY WEBSITE THAT I PAID THEM OVER $10,000 TO BUILD!!!

I have tried over and over to resolve this issue with them. They have now informed me that MY WEBSITE that I PAID THEM FOR was deleted and could not be recovered.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TRY AND GOUGE YOU FOR A BUNCH OF MONEY, PROMISE YOU YOUR SITE AT THE END OF THE AGREEMENT, AND WILL DELETE YOUR SITE AND NOT GIVE YOU ACCESS TO IT IF YOU DO NOT PAY THEM BILLS YOU DO NOT OWE THEM.

They robbed me of $10,000 for a product that they did not deliver.
