Culligan Water - Bellflower

Do not use CULLIGAN WATER SYSTEMS at all. They do not back up there warranty. They point the finger to someone else.

They installed a faulty water works system underneath my sink that could not handle city water pressure and it burst, ruining the underneath of my sink.

Instead of taking blame and honoring my Life Time Warranty, they blame the water company.

Do not use CULLIGAN WATER SYSTEMS for nothing. They are not trustworthy.

All they do is hold out their hand for your money.

DO NOT TRUST CULLIGAN WATER SYSTEMS!

Culligan Water will surely be out business due to their continual rudeness, inconsideration & verbal abuse. Culligan Water are thieves. A "technician" came to my house because my water softener was broken, and stole my VISA credit card number, then used my credit card without my authorization or SIGNATURE towards an inflated bill for services and goods that I never ordered. When I called the Santa Ana office, they only screamed at me! I called Culligan Water Corporate, and they are no better. After I told Mike Mashak, Supervisor at Corporate that the matter was urgent, I have not heard from him, and my emails have been ignored. I ended up having to report Culligan Water to the authorities for their theft. Save yourself time and money get any other water softener/system OTHER THAN CULLIGAN. I would not use another Culligan Water if someone gave it to me! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN CULLIGAN WATER A -10 STAR, BUT THE CATEGORY DOES NOT EXIST.

Just got a water softner and drinking water installed. Everyone from the sales person to the installer and there customer service was nice and helpfull. We love the softwater and have told everyone I know to use Culligan.

I have owned soft water system for 7 years purchased from Culligan, Santa Ana. Just had over for small repair and tank replacement covered under guarantee. Charges total $ 249.00 for 30 minutes of work and what appeared to be $ 20.00 part.. Then I get receipt showing paid in full. Somehow Culligan that same day finds and illeagally uses fraud to put balance on my 7 year old closed dormant account. I get bill on credit card type statement to pay an additional $ 165.00. within 2 weeks or it will affect my credit history. I am going to proceed with law suit. BEWARE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
