Casa Linda Furniture

This company Casa Linda in Santa Ana is the worst company I have ever delt with. They have the worst customer service I have ever. I have spoke with Peter and Gaby and they never return calls when they say they will. They never give 24 hours notice when they will stop by the home to do what they say they will and NEVER leave messages on my wife's phone or mine. 30 plus days have passed and they still haven't fixed the problem. They lie by telling me that they contacted my wife and made an appointment which she never got since she had me contact them to find out why they are taking so long. They have never left one message on either of our phones stating what or when they will take care of the problem nor did I receive any letters, e-mails or notices or is their any documentation. I will never purchase a product from their company EVER again nor would I recommend then to anyone. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!. I don't know how they do customer service in Mexico...but this isn't Mexico, this is America DAMMIT.
