        Overall

        My house was broken into while we were out of town, the sliding glass door was shattered by a brick. By the time we even thought about having the glass replaced, it was 9:30pm EST on a Saturday night. I called 3 other companies and got voicemails, when Randall answered the phone it was a God send! We were in a very bad position, being across the country and not sure what or how to fix the door. Randall was very professional and courteous, he continued to provide assurance to me. I felt helpless and extremely stressed out. EGS came to the house and fixed the sliding glass door the same evening I called. They even helped clean up some of the shattered glass that was in the door track. They were very affordable. I would highly recommend EGS to anyone. They were a blessing to us in our time of need.
