Shane arrived on time and completed the requested service in a very timely manner. When he finished, our furnace looked better than it did when it was first installed. Shane was very informative and explained in detail everything he was doing.

I was really impressed with the way they handled my service call. I scheduled an appointment to fix my AC and mentioned that I have two toddlers that are home all day and they came out the next day. Doug was very helpful and informative and he got the job done as quickly as he could. Thanks again for getting our AC running and cooling our home. I will definitely call them again.

I called Main Street Heating because of other customer reviews and I am so glad I did. When Bryan arrived at our home (rented), and i showed him what we are working with, he went above and beyond to try and service the heater. It turns out there are some big problems at this home, but Bryan still did everything he could to help us get our home warm. He was kind, efficient, and the rate was so reasonable I felt like I was cheating the company. It is so refreshing to find a place where the customer really does matter. If I had known that a business like Main Street Heating and Cooling existed, I never would have dealt with any other HVAC business in the past. I am truly beyond impressed with the level of service that I received. Doug was completely upfront and honest, easy to speak to, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly understanding and friendly; this was beyond refreshing for me, as I have never experienced this with another HVAC business (not even close). In my experience it is rare to find a company, of any type, that is so customer-driven and puts the needs of its customers first. I couldn’t believe how quickly Doug was here to help me, and he was always right there to answer my phone calls with any other questions I had. With this level of customer service, I am confident Main Street Heating and Cooling will never have any shortage of return customers. This will be my go-to HVAC company in the future, no question in my mind. I will also be telling all of my friends/family that they can trust this business to treat them right. Very happy to have my A/C up and running in so little time. I absolutely feel that they were looking out for my best interests. It is obvious to me they are not looking to make a quick (one-time) buck at the customer’s expense; they are looking to form long-term, meaningful relationships with their customers, which only comes with treating the customer right! They were there for me when I needed them and really looked out for me. So happy I found these guys!

After a couple of shady experiences with other companies, I was concerned about being able to find an honest and experienced company that could inspect and maintain the heating and cooling system of our recent home purchase. After other recommendations, we decided to call Main Street Heating and Cooling. Their service tech was very knowledgable and spent significant time just cleaning, inspecting, and tuning our system. He was very concerned with our satisfication of our system. After our experience with Main Street, we will be calling them in the future to not only take over the maintenance of our current home's heating and cooling systems, but we are going to have them maintain our rental property as well. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and knowledge offered by their company, and I have already recommended them to several others. It is refreshing to know that there are still good and honest companies out that can stand behind their work and are concerned that their products and services meet the highest standards.

Was having problems with my furnace running. The first guy told me I needed to replace my entire unit. I found Main Street online and Doug came out the same day. He told me all I needed was a minor part that he had on his truck already. My furnace was running like new in less than an hour. Main Street has my business for life! I'm grateful for a good honest company I can rely on.
