America's Tire Company

Ryan at The new America's tire in San Ramon is my new hero. I had had all four tires replaced at ANOTHER location on New Years Eve. Pulling out of the parking lot three weeks later, I popped my tire AGAIN! I called America's tire after being given the run around at AAA (where we have a plus membership, even!) I was desperate. Since my office is close by, I just wanted their advice on what I could do. Could ask a colleague to help me get the flat tire off, walk it over (in my nice work clothes) and get it replaced at some point today? (I have a toddler in preschool and for every one minute late to pick him up, I am charged a dollar!)

Ryan was super busy during lunch, but said that if AAA couldn't come through, he would try to help.

An hour later, he called to tell me my car was fixed!! He had driven to my offie buliding, taken the tire off himself, taken it to the shop, replaced it, drove back over, put the new tire on and there was NO CHARGE! Can you imagine all of life being like this? I can't say enough about how lucky I feel to have found America's Tire Company!
