Outback Steakhouse

For 20 odd bucks figured I'd get a 20 odd buck sirloin not a flat Iron skillet steak..however I must say the service was (justin) was on point

My wife and a couple of friends stopped by after a day of shopping because it was in the parking lot of the outlets. Because of a bad experience in the past my wife didn't want to eat here but I convinced her it would be ok... Boy was I wrong. We were seated immediately because the restaurant was nearly empty (at 5:30 pm) which should have been a sign of things to come. We ordered drinks and appetizers to start. The drinks were good but clearly they have changed the recipe for the blooming onion. It was heavily seasoned and nearly burnt. It all went downhill after that. Our salads came about 10 mins after the appetizers which was great except for the fact that 2 of the salads had hairs in them. The waitress offered to bring us out new ones which was fine because I guess we all make mistakes. The second salads were better than the first and hairless so we thought we would try to enjoys the rest of our meal. When our meals were served we found hairs in our food as well. When we told the waitress she asked us were we sure it wasn't a crack in the plate. After looking at her like she was a complete idiot she took her finger and tried to rub the plate to prove her point but quickly realized there were 2 hairs about 8 - 10 inches long sitting on the plate partially covered with the food we were supposed to eat. They offered to make another meal for us but after having hairs in 2 out of the 3 courses we were all feeling not so hungry anymore. I have been to many outbacks but none were as bad as this. If my wife didn't want to eat here before today she surely will never eat here again.
