WORST EVER! Went to go buy a 2014 Ford transit connect for my small business/sub contracting needs. Signed papers and gave my deposit. two days later they call me and tell me the dealer sold my transit. 4 days later they call me back and said they found me a 2013 which wasn't even the one I wanted but went ahead and settled for that. one week later called me and said they may have to take the truck back because they couldn't get me financed. Finally got me financed so I now I am the actual owner of this car. 2 thousand miles into owning this transit I get a scraping noise once I come to almost a complete stop. sometimes midway through a complete stop if I press the gas it sometimes will make that noise as well. They have checked bushings, brakes, suspension all that on multiple occasions. I have owned the car for a total of 6 months and it has been in the shop 7 times for this issue. They finally have the nerve to tell me due to my "HARSH" driving that is why it has that noise. My transit has 22 thousand miles on it. I drive it alot for work and more then 80% of my miles are highway so tell me how I could be driving the car harshly. This company is pushing me around and wasting the time I don't have. I work 6 days a week and they are doing ABSOULUTLY NOTHING to fix my car so I can have a reliable car from here on out. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!! And to think I was gonna go to them to buy my VW GTI! Good thing I did not.
