Do NOT waste your time!

Called for an estimate on a full roof replacement. Friday morning estimator came out inspected roof and told me he would email an estimate on Monday morning as he was in a hurry to get to a party that day.



Tuesday morning I emailed asking where the estimate was. No response no reply. Wednesday noon. I then received a call from another person from a different company telling me that he was told to give me an estimate by Western Roofing.



At that point I called Western Roofing and asked what was going on, the person that answered the phone had no idea. Later when speaking to the estimator he told me that they were “not the cheapest” and felt I could do better with his “trusted friend”.



In my opinion Western Roofing acted unprofessional wasting my time by coming out

Measuring and then not following through with what they said they would do.



I feel lucky who knows what kind of workmanship I would have received with a company that can’t keep their word and follow through with the very thing they are in business for!
