        OptionONE Care At Home truly is the 1st and only option I would go with for in-home care. They truly care about the people they work with, from clients to caregivers. Richard and the rest of the team really took the time to get to know me and my specific case inside and out. They have a really interesting approach to care in which they first focus on our relationship before creating a plan of care. Once they ascertained exactly what I needed, they quickly went to work to custom recruit a caregiver team just for me. All of the other agencies I looked at would just stick me with one of their caregivers on staff but OptionONE made sure I had the right caregivers for me.
        The thing I have been delighted about most is the continued support and communication from Richard and the rest of the team. Anytime I have had any sort of problem they were right there to make it right!
