I came home from work on a Saturday afternoon and my garage door wouldn't close. I called Chris from this app and he came out that afternoon even though he had two calls ahead of me. He arrived when he said he would and explained what was wrong and what the charges would be. He honored the coupon on the app and he had the door repaired in a jiffy. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Chris came out the same day I called and replaced my broken spring and then went above and beyond to adjust the door, guides and opener to assure that the entire assembly worked as smoothly as possible for a door that is over 15 years old. I would definitely recommend Blue Pacific Doors.

Thank God for people like Chris at Blue Pacific Doors Inc. He answered my call right away this morning. Arrived at the time he told me he would. Got to work immediately. Fixed the problem quickly! I had an estimate a few weeks ago from another company that wanted to charge me something outrageous. Chris was wonderful from the initial phone call to repairing my garage door, while other companies were not able to help me even though they said they had springs available and would repair my door on arrival to my house. Chris asked all the right questions, brought the springs I needed and fixed my door all within a couple hours. Once Chris arrived, he got right to work, he was honest and you could tell he takes lots of pride in his work. Within 30 mins, he repaired both springs and I was set to go. He even did extra little things to make sure my door would work as good as new. I am very happy with the service provided, would recommend Chris to anyone and will call him if needed in the future. They will try their best if they could help resolve the issue over the phone before coming to your house. That's what they did when I called them after they replaced my spring last 2 years ago. The issue was not related to the spring but they still helped me fix the problem I was having. They helped me fix the issue over the phone through the help of Chris Cooper, who was very patient and diligent in trying to diagnose the problem and giving step by step methodological instruction of how to fix the issue.
