Albert Ong is the owner of Ambassador Services. Albert has been in the cleaning business for over 32 years. This extensive experience means he has seen just about every situation there is. Originally from Indonesia, Albert comes from a family of successful business owners; his father owned one of the largest shipping companies in Southeast Asia. This inspired him to become a business owner himself. At the age of 18, Albert decided to seek out his own success in America. He arrived here speaking no English and with no close family relatives. After finishing his education and graduating high school from Menlo High, Albert joined the U.S. Air Force to proudly serve his country. Upon finishing his tenure with the Air Force, Albert continued his education and earned a degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State. Albert founded Ambassador Services in 1980 as a janitorial services firm in San Francisco. At the time, their clients included Sharper Image, Laurel Birch, and Banana Republic. Later, Albert expanded his services to include the residential carpet cleaning industry. Albert is now one of the few certified Master Textile Technicians in the San Francisco Peninsula. Ambassador Services is one of the most knowledgeable carpet cleaning companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. With more than 32 years in the cleaning business, they bring their broad experience, state of the art equipment, and continued education in their field to their work every day.

Over 30 years ago, Albert Ong founded Ambassador Services as a janitorial company, eventually expanding into all cleaning related services. He is now one of the few certified Master Textile Technicians in the San Francisco Peninsula. Ambassador Services will restore your carpets with the best possible cleaning methods. Ambassador Services can also clean and refinish hardwood floors, clean area rugs, shades, mattresses, and restore areas with water damage.
