Everyone was very friendly including the initial phone call about information and setting up an appointment. The technician was informative about the procedure, efficient, and did an excellent job. Overall, very pleased. Specifically, two wing back chairs that were old and in need of cleaning turned out almost like new.

We want to compliment and thank you for the wonderful job you did on our carpets. We never thought when we moved in that they could be cleaned. You took the time and effort to really put new life into the entire apartment.

Very good service by Boyce Carpets. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of their carpet cleaning service. They came on time, worked diligently and in the end my carpets were left completely clean. There was not one trace of dirt on it. I would recommend Boyce Carpets highly.
