Procare Landscape Inc.

Iv'e never seen any negative reviews anywhere online about this company. Procare has been in business for 25 years. Must be doing something right. I Have read several positive reviews about this company elsewhere. With timely professional work, I am sure Procare needs to get paid for their work in US Dollars not beer ;)

We spent over $60,000 with Procare between Sept. '09 and Aug. 2010 and are still waiting for them to complete work we've paid for. I've left several polite messages and cannot get a return call.

Incomplete items include:
- drainage
- fire pit
- sealing of patios

Other negatives regarding our experience with Procare:
- Chris doesn't honor his warranty on plants ($390 tree he won't replace)
- Chris has trouble issuing invoices (11 checks cut, only 2 invoices received)
- Chris doesn't honor his word to provide continued support of our water feature

So I can't recommend Procare. We spent a lot of money with them and we haven't been treated like it. We feel cheated.
