Dr. Ashley Cramer Byno, MD

I had my first visit with Dr. Byno a few months ago. After our discussion, I called to set up an appointment for a procedure we had discussed. The day before my scheduled procedure a P.A. called to cancel the appointment. It seemed to be MY fault that the front office didn’t coordinate with the doctor, they did not have what they needed for my procedure. It took a week and a half for someone to call back to reschedule, then I had to wait another month to be seen again. The PA called a week before my appointment and we discussed what I needed to do to prepare. When I showed up, everything began to unravel. My prescription was not at the pharmacy, no one was at the front desk, and so on. Eventually, I had to leave without my procedure. The PA did not pass on pertinent information, the Doctor’s solutions for that day were not feasible. I left horribly disappointed.
