J & T Cleaning

Trusted to do a good job, left dusty lamps dirty counter tops, pictures dusty, some floors untouched, baseboards (My main request to have cleaned,) barely touched. Told to "relax, they would handle everything." Paid for a deep clean. Wish I would have saved the money and completed myself. Still had work to do after the "Deep clean" that I paid for was complete. Windows were fairly clean, except for a few streaks which I will attribute to sun glare. Next time...I will not leave the house, and make a detailed list of what is expected.
