Do not use these people. They came out looked at the issue with the Fridge and told me to buy a motherboard for it. I purchased the part from an online retailer and put it in and still had the same issues. I called them back and they insisted the part was defective. After arguing with the retailer over the part I decided to call Sears and have them come out. Turns out is was a $50 part and not the $200 part these people told me it was. I cannot return the motherboard since it was installed and was tested before they sent it to me. These people are rip offs. Call SEARS if you wan it repaired correctly and on the first shot.
