Prestige Senior Living Orchard Heights

When looking for placement for my loved one, I found Orchard Heights to be the most like home! The caring staff and management team treat visitors, residents and each other like family. The interaction between the staff and residents was friendly and residents are treated with respect. Unlike other local communities another great aspect to Orchard Heights is that no matter what time of day or night I call to check on my loved one, I get a real person on the line, not an answering machine or service. That gives me piece of mind!

I live at the apartments at Ochard Heights and I find the atmosphere of the community very relaxing. It feels just like home and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. I couldn't think of a better place to live.

The building is beautiful. With the exception of the alzheimers unit. It's basically a basement. People get very little sunlight and the patio in the back is not used often. Short-staffed and high turn over of staff. Not a place I would want my loved one to spend their last days. Mennonite Village in Albany has better educated staff and much better living situation.
