        Welcome to Bertolucci Management Inc located in Salem, Oregon. We are a full service property management company serving the greater Mid-Willamette Valley area and Central Oregon Coast. Bertolucci Management Inc is experienced in single family homes, duplexes, small apartment complexes, large apartment complexes, commercial property. We strive to maintain clear communication with the owners of each property. Our goal is that each property owner receives the maximum return on their investment while minimizing potential liabilities. We believe that hiring a licensed property manager does not cost, it pays. We collect monthly rents in a timely manner and if necessary send out the appropriate paperwork for delinquent tenants. We deliver accurate, detailed monthly financial reports by the 20th of each month. Our maintenance crew provides prompt, excellent service when any maintenance requests come in. Bertolucci Management Inc can contract services for regular operating services along with independent contractors for specialty projects for our owners.         Overall

        Great and local company to deal with, all maintenance items were taken care of ASAP, upon moving out I received almost all of my deposit back, the only thing taken out was the carpet cleaning. I would definitely recommend renting from Bertolucci Management.
