I have lived here for 9 years and it is by far the best decision I ever made. It definitely isn't your typical "trailer park". It is beautiful and clean with plenty of trees for shade.

The neighbors are so good to us and everyone watches out for each other. I have be made so many new friends since moving here.

The kids just LOVE the pool which is always kept sparkling clean and inviting. The park manager even buys chips and sodas for the kids on special occasions and the pool manager brings cookies. ����The kids also love the convenient playground and basketball courts.

There is a man that can post sings and all kinds of things in his yard.he sued because of the letters. And now they won't touch him. On Grenada CT. They now have HUD housing. Connie has no Hart. Also tells stuff about the Neighbors.to other people. Don't trust her

Hello, I have had a different experience with Eldorado AND the manager there! My home was moved with the best possible deal and when the sewers indeed did back up, even causing some water damage, there was no argument about responsibiliy. They covered the issue below the ground and I covered the problems above, which were some of my fault for running the wash machine and taking a shower and thinking I could just PLUNGE the problem away!!!!! Just created more water. Don't panic when this happens. Turn your appliances off and wait for the plumber!!!! What I like about Connie is that she expects all to keep their homes up and if she asked that of me, she will ask that of the neighbor also! So glad that I live here. Neighbor issues that you cannot handle yourself are backed up. I love all the trees. Thank You. Susan B.

I am a single mother of three and I wanted a safe, clean and friendly environment for my children. There are good schools and fun family things to do in the area. The neighborhood is very clean and safe. We all get letters to make sure it stays that way which is fine for me because the letters are not overwhelming, may be one a month if that. The management makes sure the neighborhood stays safe and that there is no trouble which I love. Neighbors are always watching out for each other and helping each other. There are always kids playing at the park which is located in the middle of the neighborhood. It does need to be upgraded but see kids up there all the time even mine. They have an amazing pool and club house, with a tornado shelter. Also a plus. All I have to say if you have a small family and are just starting out this is a good place to do it. It's very safe and clean.

We have lived here for 10 years. It's a very clean and nice park. There are rules to follow to keep the park nice. Never had any problems. We love living here.

I have lived her for 16 years. This is a well maintained clean mobile home park. They have rules but that is what makes the park so nice and well maintained. If you take care of the property you wont have a problem with Connie. I love living here and feel very safe.

Connie is terrible. Place has the worst flea problem I have ever seen! Costs us hundreds in vet bills since we tried everything to fix this problem. My dog nearly lost his life being here. Connie says they don't have a flea problem and we should spend even more of our $ treating their problem.
