My first step is to create a safe place where you can learn to do things differently, where you can flourish instead of survive. I can teach you to replace depression and anxiety with a sense of fulfillment. Together, we can also help you gain freedom from negative life patterns of intense feelings, sensitivity, and troubled relationships. My style is down-to-earth, gentle, and compassionate.
