Alexander Reed Dry Cleaners

Horrible! Lost my items of clothing that was needed immediately! Whenever I call, all I get is an "I'm sorry sir, we still cant find your clothes". Maybe someone else has them! No call from the owner to even say sorry, or discuss resolutions or anything.

My review of this dry cleaners was very poor and negative. I stopped by to have a pair of my pants alterated, and from the second I walked in the door until the second I left was awful. The black guy in the cleaners was rude and by his words "nonchalant" . He wasn't helpful and he nonchalantly threw safety pin across the counter to me and apologized. If he's in there again I'll just leave . I walked without leaving my pants and went somewhere else.
