        Overall

        No one was there up at the door to seat us. Tables were not cleaned and ready when they did come to seat us. Had to wait 45 minutes for our order. Food was cold. Waited for long time for refills. All the time we were waiting, we could hear all the help in the kitchen laughing and playing around. The waitress was very friendly. Other than the eggs being cold, the rest of the food was ok. After talking with friends about the experience they all had similar with slow service and the help laughing it up in the back. I will never go back to this Ihop. They need new management. Terrible experience.

        I ate there with my granddaughter for a late lunch and the food was very good. The restaurant was clean and service was fairly quick.

        I don't know about the other review here. Sounds like a grievance to me. I have only ate here 3 times. The building was built new in 2009. Each time I went in the service was pretty quick the food was tasty and fair portions for the price. If you like I-hop what can I say it I-hop. If you don't you won't.

        Management was rude. Also know of patron that had coackroach in food and was compensated with only $5 off their meal. Another patron reported cockroaches in rolled silverware.
