My Best Fence experience was a disappointing experience for customer service. During my initial consultation I was not provided with all the specifics of each fence that could be installed. The only option I was given for a pool code fence for the aluminum fence was for the larger gaped pickets. Not knowing that these would be spread out to the point of not keeping small pets in the yard we went forward with the installation. Once we figured out our dogs could easily fit through the fence, we tried to work something out with Best Fence only to be told that it was our fault for not requesting the correct fence. In addition, it felt like Best Fence tried to profit from this process by quoting us for an additional $1,000 to remove the 2 day old fence and install a fence with closer pickets for smaller animals. Furthermore, during the installation, one of my irrigation lines was severed without my knowledge. In fact, it was not until my sprinkler system activated during which the repaired line ruptured, that I first learned of the damage. With all that being said, there are a lot of fence companies to choose from that probably will give correct details at the beginning and not try to continue to profit from customers and who are honest about damage done during the installation process.
