        can not rate on expertise because he has failed to show and do any work! i have been waiting over 1 week for him to come install the new heater/ac unit. when he showed the 1st time, he left because he forgot his tools( like i believed that).said he would be right back, never showed! he was suppose to start install today.. no show again. not very professional. a professional would show up when promised and not over book himself.. once this is done, good bye calico.. not worth it!
